I’m Heather Corman, and I’m a certified Personal Coach.

     

I work with busy people to help them create healthy, sustainable habits so that they can live their BEST lives. I can provide the resources, support and accountability you need to live vibrantly.

As a wife, mother, daughter to an aging parent and full-time educator, I know how crazy life can get sometimes. It is easy to be so focused on taking care of family, home, work and other responsibilities that we forget to take care of ourselves. This can leave us feeling overwhelmed, stressed and exhausted: impacting our physical and mental health. Self-care is not a luxury; it is a necessity. I learned this the hard way: experiencing digestive issues and anxiety. With patience, research, experimentation, and a strong support team, I was able to regain my health. Now, in my 50’s, I have the energy and enthusiasm to live MY best life.

I focus on lasting habit change, not temporary, quick fixes. Together, we will gradually replace old, unwanted behaviours with new behaviours, and we will do this in a way that fits your lifestyle so that change is sustainable, easy and fun.

There is not one way to live in balance. It will vary for each of us, and shift as our circumstances change. However, we can build a strong foundation to help us maintain equilibrium. I can help you…
