Vegan Brownies

Treats can be part of a balanced diet as long as you pay attention to portion sizes and choose healthier options. This simple recipe for brownies from is great for people with egg or dairy allergies.

I modified the recipe to make it a little healthier by adding half the sugar and replacing the canola oil with walnut oil. You could also experiment with half oil and half unsweetened apple sauce.
